I promised pictures from our Belgium trip but Miles has been lazy and hasn't had a chance to upload anything yet. So I guess I'll have to describe everything with words.
Our family friends are Patryk and Katja and they live someplace near Brussels but we spent most of our vacation visiting Brussels' attractions.
We visited the Royal Palace and it's absolutely stunning! The gardens are so beautiful and everyone we met there has been be very friendly.
The Atomium was left over from the World Fair 1958 and we went to visit that. It's really popular so there were *a lot* of people there.
And of course, what's a visit anywhere without seeing some curches? We visited the Cathedral of Saints Michael and Gudula. It's beautiful. The architecture is very nice.
So I fail at describing things but I hope to get some pictures up soon!
